Written estimates provided by West Lafayette Concrete are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on information available at the time of the site visit. Final pricing may change if:

Project start dates are scheduled based on contractor availability and weather conditions. Concrete work cannot be performed safely in freezing temperatures or during heavy precipitation. If weather or other factors require rescheduling, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised start date.
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice after work has been scheduled and materials ordered may result in a restocking or preparation fee. We will communicate any such fee to you in advance.

Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee. West Lafayette Concrete reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through all legal means available.
West Lafayette Concrete is responsible for obtaining required permits for contracted work unless otherwise agreed in writing. The cost of permits is typically included in the project estimate. Work performed under permit is subject to inspection by the applicable municipal authority. The homeowner or property owner is responsible for ensuring that requested work does not violate any deed restrictions, HOA rules, or easement agreements affecting the property.
West Lafayette Concrete warrants that work will be performed in a workmanlike manner using materials suitable for the application. Specific warranty terms, if any, will be stated in your written contract.
The following conditions are not covered by any warranty provided by West Lafayette Concrete: normal wear over time, hairline cracking due to concrete curing, damage caused by freeze-thaw cycles after the first season, damage caused by improper use or maintenance by the property owner, damage caused by acts of nature, and damage resulting from changes to the property made by others after project completion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, West Lafayette Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services or this website, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or property damage beyond the direct value of the contracted work. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific project shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that project.
